Manaqib

     Manaqib is one of the tradition costume in Kalimantan. The definition of Manaqib is researching and digging. In terms interpreted as containing a person's life history of cultivation in attitudeis commaendable, noble moral and in others that should be made as teaching role models.  The purpose of the Manaqib  are aimed  tawasul , tabaruk, knowing the righteous people and to be more love. Manaqib it is widely available in the Al-Qur'an such as  Ashabul Kahf's Manaqib, King Dzulqarnain's Manaqib and others. Imam Junaidi Al Baghdadi said " The tale of the story of the pious was a soldier of the army of Allah. Where God set the hearts of His beloved with the stories. In the book of Al-Ma'ani Jawahir explained about some of the benifit reading Manaqib. The first is to be given the spaciousness of luck and can hajj. The second  is in order given Laduni science. Cincin

          One of the popular cake in central Kalimantan is cincin. The dictionary definition of cincin does not make sound as jewellery. The dictionary defines cincin as "cake  made in central Kalimantan". Anyone who has tasted this delicious cake know that this defintion is too brown sugar to deescribe cincin. It is true that cincin is cake. It often calls wadai cincin. The cincin's material is predominantly used rice flour , coconut and brown sugar . Dough making also takes a long time of about eight hours and after that the dough is shaped like rings and fried . This cake , including the type  wet's cake , have a hard texture of the outside but if you've bitten it gently so. It tastes sweet , slightly salty continue crisp so it is difficult anyway want to tell more how it feels. . It has a reddish brown color that symbolizes courage. The cincin's cake is so familiar in Kalimantan because it has good taste.
